iT猫itcat.cn就一直处在procesing configuration 状态下了start service 和apply security settings 都没有走。
解决方法：
再次卸载软件,之后手动删除，搜索下mysql，除了安装文件，一般系统中没有mysql的文件找到C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MySQL文件夹删掉即可。
同时删除mysql安装目录的文件夹。
